Life can be uncertain, and challenging and I believe it is possible to find hope and purpose even in the face of life’s challenges. I am committed in helping you increase self-awareness, explore strategies to help you process difficult experiences inorder to manage mental health challenges. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their ethical code and I am committed to non-discriminatory practices and to fostering equality in the therapeutic relationship.
I work using integrative approaches with both individuals and couples, and believe each individual is unique and given the right therapeutic support can reach their full potential.I provide an empathic, safe and reflective space so you can gain self-awareness, improve your psychological wellbeing & and be able to make better life choices.
I have experience of working with a diverse range of clients in organisations such as Carers West Sussex, CRUSE, Lucy Rayner foundation among others and working with a range of psychological and emotional difficulties and trauma, including anxiety, depression, adjustment to loss & bereavement, challenging life transitions, and concerns around self-esteem.
