Life is made up of challenges, some are easy for us to coordinate, others seem to be harder to overcome. We are all products of our lived experiences and have challenges that are unique to us as individuals.There are so many things that impact us in the now that stem from our past experiences of life. Not all experiences may seem to be important, however, each day we have lived has given us an experience which has been either positive or negative. As unique individuals our needs are so important and I will offer a safe, non judgmental space to share your thoughts.
As a pluralistic counsellor I use a range of modalities I am able to walk beside you on your journey and support you, adapting to your needs as your journey progresses and being in each moment with you as you experience it. Having a range of modalities to work with allows me to use a more holistic approach in my work.
Reaching out for support can be difficult, it can leave you feeling vulnerable and uncertain. I recognise the enormous amount of courage it takes to seek help when times are tough and I am privileged to be able to accompany you through these difficult times.
