Anxieties, pressures and unwanted memories, whatever is on your mind we can work on your wellbeing together, in a non-judgmental, non-directive way.
I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body. As a Person-Centred therapist, I work with many of life's challenges and the core of my practice is the therapeutic relationship.
My therapy experience is within the charity sector for both a Christian agency and an addiction service. I have experience with a diverse range of life matters including addiction, trauma, childhood diversity and abuse, adult abuse and relationship difficulties, neurodiversity and working with LGBTQIA+ folk.
Therapy can be daunting and many questions arise when thinking of starting therapy. Yes therapy can be difficult, hard, and challenging, I understand that, and my hope is that you feel comfortable in sharing your story with me.
