I am a Certified Play Therapist with Play Therapy UK (PTUK). I trained using an integrative, holistic model that incorporates play and the creative arts, through the Academy of Play and Child Psychotherapy (APAC) in association with Chichester University.
My sessions use a variety of creative approaches, including clay, role-play, art, music, and sand, alongside other expressive techniques tailored to each child’s individual needs.
As a mobile Play Therapist working across Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, I offer one-to-one and group sessions for children aged 4–13 within school settings. I bring a full therapeutic toolkit to create a safe, nurturing space where children can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace through a mostly child-led, non-directive approach.
