About
There are so many demands on our time, and it can be easy to de-prioritise our self. In an average week, we juggle so many competing needs, from work, family, children, partners, friends... Recognising how these different pulls on our time and our energy isn't something we may take time to do. I would love to work with you, to help you to have some time in your week when you can manage your own stress. I am welcoming and non-judgemental, and can offer you the time to secure a safe therapeutic relationship, to understand more your concerns, and enable you to live better.
I offer friendly, welcoming therapy, either online or in person. As a pluralistic therapist, I can tailor therapy to a personalised approach, in a way that feels safe, where you feel heard, and know how to reach your goals from our sessions.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read about how I work! I would be honoured to work with you. Please do get in touch, to arrange a free initial 30 minute consultation. This gives you chance to ask any questions and talk about what you would like to gain or change from counselling.
