Hello, I'm Amanda, an integrative, psychotherapeutic counsellor and Chartered Fellow FCIPD. I'm based in Hastings and work relationally and collaboratively with clients who maybe experiencing challenges or distress. You maybe finding it hard at work, or experiencing difficulties within your close relationships, or struggling to cope with past traumatic experiences. Whatever is showing up and troubling you now I can offer a confidential, safe space in where we can navigate a way forward together.
I offer a trauma-informed approach and work with the mind and body to support recovery and healing from distress. I incorporate a mindful, compassionate, strengths-based and affirming way of working with clients. I aim to make my therapy a safe and supportive space.
I understand that making the decision to have therapy can be daunting and scary. Finding a therapist you feel safe with is crucial and sometimes this worry can be a barrier to seeking help.
