I work with the complexity and difficulty of trauma which ranges from person to person.

I am passionate about making sure the support I offer meets your needs as an individual. I have an interest and experience in supporting those who have had unwanted sexual experiences, sexual abuse, rape or any type of relationship abuse. I support individuals who want to exit the sex industry or have exited the sex industry.
I am easy to talk with, friendly and provide a warm and confidential space for reflection; allowing you to explore your difficulties. Before becoming a counsellor/psychotherapist I worked as a healthcare assistant, a registered children's nurse, a personal trainer and a clinical NHS manager. I provide non pathologising trauma informed counselling.
