I am an experienced Counsellor with over 25 years experience. I aim to offer a safe space to to work on whatever you feel is important to focus on to make your life manageable or better. Life can be busy and I am a strong advocate in working in the way that fits into your life, whether that is online, telephone or in person. The work we do together is focused on you but based on the relationship we develop, that why I always offer a free no obligation initial session. Making space in your life to look at what you want to change rather than letting it flood every minute of your day can be a great first step.
I have a lot of experience with working with depression and anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD and Autism, children and young people as well as adapting to living with a disability. I also am a qualified and experienced clinical supervisor.
Life is about the good times and the bad times, there are periods in all of our lives when we feel we need to stop, reflect and change things that no longer work for us. Giving yourself that gift and getting the support when you need it is a vital to survival and to thrive.

Circle of Shared Journeys
This is an online support/therapy group for parents who are estranges/have been cut off by their adult children. Its a safe space to share experiences, explore the pain, shame, guilt, anger that comes from a decision from your child not to continue a relationship anymore. We explore how society paint an image of a successful family that is close knit, but doesn't talk about when things go wrong and the feelings of faliure this induces.
