As a psychodynamic counsellor my approach is exploratory and reflective; thinking about how your past experiences may be influencing your current situation. In a sense, looking at things again in a fresh way, sometimes by going back to the beginning. I have experience working with adults in a number of areas and can work open ended or in a time limited way.
I provide a warm, empathic, confidential and non-judgemental space where we can work together to explore the difficulties you face to look at things anew.
