I integrate a range of validated therapies to respond to clients' specific circumstances. I see individuals or couples. At the end of the assessment session(s) I will discuss therapy options tailored to your particular circumstances. There's no obligation to continue. This is talking therapy, however I may give clients exercises to do in privacy at home.
Sexual / relationship problems can be complicated, worrying & embarrassing to talk about. My aim is to create a relaxed, safe, confidential environment to give you the time & space you need to explore the difficulties you are experiencing & find ways to resolve them.
