I'm a compassionate, experienced professional, and can help you to manage your anxiety and overcome past truma. I am also experienced helping those struggling with sex or addiction issues, working with STOPSO and ATSAC
I offer individual therapies in a range of approaches, all tailored to work with your personal needs, in a confidential, safe space. A space where we can work together, respectfully exploring your situation and the emotions you’re dealing with, talking through the challenges you’re facing. The most important thing I provide is time.
My training and experience has covered a wide range of issues, complex and challenging histories, and personal battles which I help people to overcome, building a strong foundation for a happier, more secure present - and a more hopeful future.
