As a psychodynamic psychotherapist I am especially interested in our unconscious patterns, desires and fears. Sometimes life has meant we have had to hide from these frightening parts of ourselves to feel safe, but through gaining a better understanding of these aspects we can find a fuller, richer sense of ourselves and our lives.
