Hello, my name is Louisa Scarr, I am an Addictions Therapist. As a qualified Intergrative Therapist, I work with clients to establish a solid foundation as a result of an honest, respectful and trustworthy relationship. Having a nonjudgmental safe space allows my clients to feel, express and process difficult situations. Clients are supported to help improve coping strategies and manage problems more effectively. I focus on the here and now, as well as addressing how the past is affecting the present.
I have experience working in the NHS, charities and private treatment centres. I currently work part time for Priory Group. I work online & face to face. I am a registered member of the BACP and NCPS and am guided by their framework. As an Intergrative Therapist, I use different models, personalizing programmes to suit my clients. Plus mindfulness and EFT.
I offer a free, no obligation 30 minute session to assess if I am the right therapist for you and discuss what you are wanting from therapy. I offer short term or open ended counselling either face to face or online.
