I am a neuroaffirming integrative psychotherapist who supports clients in navigating and understanding their unique brain, including how they may thrive in certain environments and systems while struggling in others. I work with clients to develop a sense of awareness that allows them to unmask and let go of feeling like something needs to be "fixed". My aim is to support clients who struggle with shame, guilt and overwhelming emotions by uncovering their needs as well as their strengths and abilities.
I am specifically interested in the links between neurodivergence and emotional regulation. I work with clients to understand their specific neurotype (e.g, ADHD, Autism, AuDHD), how it looks for them (as we are all unique), and what strengths and abilities they can employ to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
As someone who has ADHD, I have lived experience of both the positives and challenges this can bring. Everyone's story and experience is unique and they deserve a space to feel seen, heard and understood, while encouraged to tap into their abilities and feel hopeful about the future.
