I work with both young people and adults presenting with a multitude of 'being human' experiences. I am passionate about the benefits of therapy and the exploration and understanding of ourselves that this experience provides. Together we can look at whatever is troubling you - either past or present, enabling a deeper understanding of you, freeing you to live life in the here and now. I provide a safe, confidential and non judgemental environment where we can work together to achieve this.
I recognise that you are the expert of your own experiences. Therefore our therapy sessions will be directed by you. I believe that you have the resources within to know how you want your life to be. Together we will aim to develop your own inner resources to bring about the best version of you.
I have a BA (Hons) in person Centred counselling. I am a member of the British Association Of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).This means that I adhere to proffesional guidelines set out by them.
