Hello, my name is Pippa and I am a counsellor/psychotherapist. Whatever difficulties you may have, my approach is always with curiosity, compassion and kindness. I offer a free initial consultation so we can discuss your needs and provide time for you to ask any questions you may have. If you feel we have a good connection (this being important to build trust and a therapeutic alliance), we can agree a plan which suits you at your own pace in a confidential and safe space.
I am a humanistic integrative qualified counsellor, insured and registered member of the BACP. I have also spent the past 30 years working within primary and secondary care NHS mental health services as a qualified mental health nurse and so have a broad range of knowledge and skills to support you with your needs from depression, anxiety and much more.
