I work with a lot of neurodivergent people, and have worked as a specialist TA in that area for over ten years, and realise there is more than just talking. I see people from 12+, and am very accustomed to working with teens. I can help with self esteem issues, identity, LGBTQ+, boundaries and self advocacy.
