Therapy can be a confusing process at times, and it can be hard to know where to start or who best to contact. Being a young person in this current climate of global instability and heightened anxiety and pressure can be extremely difficult. I offer support for both children, and young people, and parents. I specialise in working with children and young people and have over 14 years' experience in this field. I am passionate about making the process of therapy transparent, affordable and accessible as possible. I have worked in schools, residential children's homes, specialist trauma and adoption teams, CAMHS and private practice
The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. I work relationally, with respect and compassion. I believe in the power of psychotherapy to address underlying issues and symptoms. This work requires time, patience and deep empathy. I also specialise in Ecopsychotherapy - this involves walk and talk therapy outdoors.
