I specialise in treating trauma and childhood trauma, co-dependency and a wide range of addictions from alcohol and drug addiction to process addictions such as sex addiction, gambling, love addiction and love avoidance, and spiritual blocks. My approach integrates both traditional therapeutic methods and cutting-edge energy psychology, creating a holistic path to healing and personal success. I also train people in EFT and Intention tapping.
I specialise in trauma therapy, addiction recovery, and energy psychology and healing using a wide range of methods tailored to what you need. I help you release emotional blocks, limiting beliefs and heal and transform childhood/adult trauma. Offering online and in-person sessions, workshops, and training, I create a nurturing space for healing and growth.
I have availability within my private therapy practice and for training in EFT/Intention tapping for in-person and online therapy sessions. Your first session will be 60-mins and include learning Intention tapping in a basic form, so you have a self-help technique you can begin using immediately.
