I am a holistic, psychodynamic therapist working in West Wales and via Zoom across the UK and Europe with individuals, couples, polycules & diverse relationship dynamics. My objective is to assist clients in the journey of growth to fulfil their true potential and embrace their authentic selves.
As a kind, compassionate human, and a polyamorous, kinked, neurodivergent and disabled trans man, I believe transparency about my intersecting identities brings a shared understanding of these lived experiences, which helps marginalised and diverse clients to feel safe in approaching me. I welcome clients from all walks of life.
With years of experience in person-centred, emotion-focused, psychodynamic & integrative counselling, I work pluralistically using a range of tools and theories which are particularly effective in addressing the lasting effects of adverse childhood experiences, trauma and life challenges, helping to reduce their impact and support a more positive self-image.
I bring compassion & confidence to my work with LGBTQ+ individuals, queer, trans, gender-questioning, neurodivergent, those in diverse relationship models, such as CNM, kink and power exchange relationships.
