Hi I'm Alison, I know reaching out can feel hard, you might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low or struggling with something that feels difficult to manage on your own. You may not even be sure why you feel the way you do, only that something doesn't feel quiet right.
I offer a warm, calm, online space where you can talk openly and be yourself, without fear of judgement, helping you feel heard, understood and supported.
As a person-centered counsellor I believe you are the expert on your own life, my role is to listen with empathy and understanding, supporting you as you explore your thoughts, feelings at your own pace.
I am a BACP accredited counsellor and I have extensive experience of supporting people though loss and anticipated loss. By dedicating a space to talk about your loved one or explore the complexities of grief can really support your grief journey.
Along side this, I also work with people facing a range of emotional and personal struggles.
