Thinking about accessing counselling is the first step to access support. I aim to work with you to explore what you are finding difficult at the moment and to support you to develop strategies that will improve your psychological wellbeing. I have extensive experience working with a wide range of clients both in private practice and for organisations specialising in trauma recovery.
I have experience of working with a wide range of difficulties that affect people personally. I offer individual and couple therapy sessions as well as running workshops for specific groups on managing sporting performance anxiety and with organisations regarding supporting staff working with those who have experienced trauma.
Beginning to talk to someone can sometimes be hard, I work with you to find what will be helpful to you to support your growth and development. My aim is to help you build understanding about why you are feeling what you are and how you can move forward in a way that feels right for you.
