Very warm and approachable counsellor, working with stuckness, feelings of failure, inner critic/self sabotage, procrastination, depression and low self esteem (and other issues too). I also have a lot of experience working with trauma - childhood experiences (sexual & physical abuse, neglect, not being seen, treated cruelly, preoccupied parents, chaotic parents, emotionally unavailable parents etc) as well as adult life experiences that have been traumatic. I have personal experience of working through childhood trauma using "Focusing".
I help people get in touch with, and resolve, what is causing their "symptoms". It might feel like this is just the way you are, you get stuck, feel low about yourself, have tried to change etc. However by me helping you to pause, and guiding you through a process, the reasons why you're stuck, or feel bad, become clearer, and the problem can be solved.
You're very welcome to come and experience how I work. 3 ways I work: 1: helping you feel safe, understood and validated in what's going on for you. 2: a process called "Focusing" as well as something called "Clean Language" - both are incredibly helpful for changing stuck situations. 3: exploring different aspects of you that might be in internal conflict.
