About
I work with clients with a wide range of issues. Most commonly they feel low, anxious, stuck, blocked or lost. They are often seeking quite broad or deep change within themselves. Sometimes they don’t really know what they are seeking but know that something is not right and that they are out of touch with their inner Self. But what they have most in common is that they are seeking a space where they can seek to explore how they feel, to understand themselves and what is happening in their lives and relationships, what has happened in the past, and how it may be impacting their present and their imagined future.
I work as a Jungian analytical psychotherapist, psychodynamic counsellor and supervisor, and have two decades of experience in the field. I work with clients 1-3 times per week. and work with conscious and unconscious thoughts and feelings, helping clients to work through unconscious blocks to change, and to become more authentically themselves.
If you are interested in finding out more, please get in touch. I will then arrange a time when we can have a phone conversation. An initial consultation usually then takes place over 2 sessions of 50 minutes each, which gives time and space to consider and discuss whether I think my approach can help, or to provide an alternative recommendation.
