I am a specialist Cognitive Behaviour Therapy specialist. I have worked with children and young people who present with a range of issues, specialising on all types of anxieties, OCD, phobias, trauma and depression. I also specialise in neurodiversity including autism and ADHD. During therapy, we will work together to explore issues and I will use a range of methods to help as much as I can. As well as talking about things you find difficult we will explore your strengths and positives in your life. They will be your sessions and will be guided by you, we will only explore things you are comfortable with at your own pace.
I am a qualified Children's and Young Person Counsellor (up to the age of 21 years). I have been trained as an integrative counsellor which means I use a range of modalities. I have also completed my training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am friendly, approachable and calm. I offer a supportive safe space.
I know therapy can be daunting but we can work through this together. We will try to make sessions as comfortable as possible. Please don't hesitate to contact me.
