If you are struggling with your relationships/ life transitions and challenges/ mental health difficulties, I have skills and expertise to meet your needs. I will be interested in any therapy you have had previously and what you has already worked/ not worked for you. I will listen very carefully to your account of yourself and other's without judgement and have compassion for your difficulties. I will ask questions and make reflections which will gradually make the differences you are looking for. Most of all, I will seek feedback to ensure you feel safe and are satisfied with your progress.
As a systemic psychotherapist I have a very relational approach and consider the wider context of personal relationships and societal constructs, being mindful of power. I see individuals, couples and families and can be flexible in what combination I see people. I have additional training in couple therapy and I love to see desired changes happening.
It takes courage to reach out for therapy and I hope you find what you are looking for. Please contact me to discuss your needs and find out if my approach might be a good fit for you. I believe people need to feel safe, understood and heard and the we can plan the best way forward together. We we review regularly to check on your progress and my approach.
