Life can be a challenge, especially now. As your therapist, I can offer you a secure and trusted space to bring your needs and concerns. I believe that therapy should lead to a “step change” where my clients become able to make an immediate difference to the way they think and their relationships with others. I work to build trust and empathy and strive to understand the world from your perspective. I can help you to understand that small changes to the way you see things can have a major impact on how you feel.
My extensive experience is that everyone’s starting point is different and so I don’t have a “standard” approach. A strong relationship with your therapist is the foundation to connecting with unresolved thoughts, feelings, hopes and fears. As I get to know you, I work with you in a way that suits you and your unique situation.
I am a pluralistic therapist, using a range of tools and techniques which enables me to provide a relationship filled with understanding and deep acceptance. This starting point brings the opportunity for change which can lead to transformation. The fulfilling and satisfying life which you want and deserve really can be yours.
