About
I am a Clinical Psychologist based in Derbyshire. I help adults and young people with psychological and emotional difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma, work related stress, psychosexual difficulties, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, physical health difficulties and adjustment to major life events. My main focus is providing psychological assessment and treatment. I help support clients with a wide range of difficulties, from mild through to severe and longstanding. I can offer many modes of therapy including; CBT, EMDR, integrative, systemic and psychosexual.
I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Reflections Psychology Clinic in Derbyshire. I am a Chartered Psychologist with the HCPC and have chartered membership of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I trained and worked in the NHS in London for 14 years, I also worked privately for a Harley Street clinic during this time.
I am a warm, empathic practitioner. Having worked in a diverse range of settings with people from all walks of life, I am sensitive to the context of people’s difficulties and consider issues related to age, gender, sexuality and culture. I work holistically to consider all aspects of a person’s wellbeing.
