If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck in patterns that you don’t understand, counselling can help you make sense of what’s happening and begin to move you forward. You may be struggling with your relationships, grief, self-esteem, difficult family experiences, trauma or a sense that you’re never quite good enough. Together, we can explore where these patterns come from and what might be helpful to feel more secure, confident and in control of your life.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space for you to explore current and past life experiences at your pace.
I’m a fully qualified integrative counsellor and clinical supervisor with over 10 years’ experience. A registered member of the BACP. My practice is grounded in empathy, respect, understanding of human experience I have undertaken further training in CBT, attachment, trauma, shame, self-esteem, anxiety, ACT, Polyvagal Theory, Autism/ADHD and creative therapy
With a strong foundation in client-centred therapy, we will work collaboratively to explore emotional challenges, foster resilience and personal growth.

I offer face to face/remote sessions in Leeds Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am – 8 pm, and face to face/remote sessions in York on Wednesdays from 2 pm – 8 pm.
