About
I have vast experience of counselling both adults and children having worked in private practice and in schools. My experience has given me a great understanding of how our childhood can impact our adult life. I use my experience and counselling knowledge to develop bespoke therapy sessions for each individual client. My focus is on helping you to move forward and address whatever it is that you feel is holding you back in life. For me the most important thing is that the sessions are for you, and I’m here to work alongside you.
I have a Diploma in therapeutic counselling and regularly attend Continuing Professional Development courses. I am a member of BACP. My approach is to listen carefully to your story and use my skills and counselling techniques to assist you in gaining greater understanding of any issues that you may have. This clarity will help you to move forwards.
I work in a Health and Wellbeing Centre in Leeds City Centre called Phoenix Health and Wellbeing. You can visit me in person or I can provide therapy by telephone or Zoom - whichever is most convenient for you.
