Long Covid Support Group
An online CBT therapy group for people who have Long Covid or Post-Covid Syndrome - experiencing fatigue or covid-related symptoms for more than 3 months. Sessions use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to help you develop strategies to cope with ongoing fatigue, breathlessness or pain, as well as sleep problems, depression and anxiety. The group is a good opportunity to gain support from others who are going through a similar experience. The 90 minute sessions will also look at the psychological effects of dealing with a chronic illness that is often misunderstood.
Depression Support Group
An online CBT therapy group for people who have depression or low mood, or feel they are experiencing burnout. Sessions use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to help you develop strategies to cope with various difficulties such as lack of motivation, apathy, sleep problems and being socially withdrawn. The 90 minute group sessions are a good opportunity to gain support from others who are going through a similar experience.
Anxiety & Panic Support Group
An online CBT therapy group for people who have anxiety problems, panic attacks, or feel they are experiencing burnout. Sessions use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to help you develop strategies to manage stress, and learn how to overcome sleep problems and panic attacks. The 90 minute group sessions are a good opportunity to gain support from others who are going through a similar experience.
