Groups
Online Clinical Supervision Group
A clinical supervision group for psychologists, counsellors, therapists and PWPs, to discuss cases, practice therapy skills, and reflect on professional development. I also provide 1:1 clinical supervision and mentoring for psychologists. I completed training in clinical supervision in 2011 at Kings College London, and later completed a BPS-approved course in clinical supervision which gives eligibility to join the BPS Register of Applied Psychology Practice Clinical Supervisors (RAPPS). Groups are 90 minute Zoom sessions for 3 people, at £40 per person. In my therapy practice I predominantly use CBT including 3rd wave approaches: Behavioural Family Therapy, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Compassion Focused and ACT.

Group meetings for 90 minutes via Zoom for up to 3 people maximum, at £40 per person. I can provide a free 15 minute phone consultation to answer your questions. More about me: I qualified in 2008 and run a private practice mostly providing CBT as well as person-centred counselling. Online EDI Reflective Practice Group
An EDI-focused reflective practice group for psychologists who want to address gaps in their knowledge, and meet the HCPC’s 2023 Standards of Proficiency in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. Sessions are useful for psychologists needing more time to discuss themes in their clinical work relating to LGBTQ+ clients, clients of different nationalities, or a different cultural background to their own, protected characteristics, socially-isolated groups, and intersectional experiences. Sessions are £40 per person. I completed training in clinical supervision in 2011, and also a BPS-approved course in clinical supervision which gives eligibility to join the BPS Register of Applied Psychology Practice Clinical Supervisors (RAPPS).
