I am an experienced, results-focused Relationship Specialist, & have worked in this area for the past 16 years. I am a qualified relationship coach; a master NLP practitioner, & a relationship counsellor/therapist. I work in industry helping leaders navigate difficult relationships with their colleagues…and I do the same for couples with a lot of success. Over the years, I have spent in advance of £30K on my own continuing professional development which has all been relationships-focused, & I continue to invest heavily in my own development today. I charge more than most counsellors so please be aware of this when reaching out.
We all have patterns of how we react to things. Some of these serve us well, but some don't - & everyone struggles with their relationship at some point. However, breaking patterns is not always easy & often we are blind to them. Having someone who can spot them, & who is on the side of your relationship, is often very helpful - I am passionate about this!
I am often told I am very human (which is always nice!) and also that I work differently to many. I do think that working with couples requires a particular style compared to traditional methods, as often the energy in the room is higher. Our work together will be about identifying what is needed and practical solutions required. Please expect homework! :)
