I’m a fully qualified integrative counsellor with extensive experience in relationships, sexual abuse/violence and addictions. My role is to walk alongside you, offering genuine warmth, care, and compassion while creating a space where you feel accepted, understood and supported. Together we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, helping you reconnect with yourself and make lasting changes that bring clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of who you are.
My client base is varied, but sexual abuse/violence and addiction are my areas of expertise — drawing on many years of clinical experience. I help individuals and couples reclaim themselves, set healthy boundaries, build coping strategies and exploring relationship dynamics and the impact the trauma has. This work is important for those who are close also.
