I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist with many years experience working with clients of all ages. I have also undertaken specialist training in counselling children and adolescents. I have experience in working therapeutically with a wide range of difficulties including; anxiety and panic disorder, self harm, suicidal ideation, low self esteem, family difficulties, relationship problems and many more. I provide therapy in a safe and supportive environment in which the client can explore the issues which are causing difficulty.
I have additional training in working with trauma and childhood sexual abuse. The impact of trauma and adverse childhood experiences can be far reaching and can affect many areas of a person's life. With help, this can be overcome and allow the individual to live a life no longer limited by these experiences.
Feedback from my clients has been that counselling has helped them gain insight and awareness into their situation enabling them to develop a new sense of hope and resilience.
