I am an Accredited Psychotherapeutic counsellor and Psychosexual Therapist, supporting individual and couple clients to explore a wide range of general and sex and relationship issues.
I am a registered Sex Addiction Therapist, supporting sex and pornography addiction issues and a registered StopSo Therapist, working with contact and online sex offending issues.
As a Psychosexual Therapist, I can offer you support with sexual function problems such as premature/delayed ejaculation, unreliable erections, painful sex and penetration problems, low libido and orgasm difficulties. I am an LGBTQ+ positive and kink aware therapist.
I work psychodynamically to help people explore the impact of earlier life experiences on adult patterns of thought and behaviours, integrating other perspectives where appropriate. I offer a biopsychosocial therapy model to help clients explore out of control sexual behaviours and psychosexual problems and an integrative, relational model of couple therapy.
I recognise that entering into counselling takes courage and I have a deep respect for the trust clients place in me when sharing such personal issues and offer a safe, confidential space.
