What makes me unique is the eclectic learning experiences I have had on my way to becoming a psychotherapist in my 50's. So I have a big tool box and draw on many different approaches to enable you to make sense of your current issues in the light of your past experiences so that you have more freedom to make changes and choose the life course you really want. I am trauma informed, developmentally minded and brain based, but I also account for the power of the human spirit to overcome the past and to live fulfilled and abundant lives.
Having a safe space to talk about yourself, so that you can gain self-knowledge is part of the therapeutic process. I offer an hospitable space to enable you to start that journey and I support you through building an honest and truthful relationship. I question, enquire, listen, enabling you to know what you think by being able to see what you say.
