My therapy space is open to everyone, but my expertise extend to supporting individuals with ADHD, depression /low mood, anxiety, developing healthy self-esteem and self confidence, processing trauma, navigating relationship concerns, bereavement, and self-identity issues. I tailor sessions to your unique needs and offer short-term, long-term + EMDR therapy.
At the heart of our work together is the relationship we build—a place of safety where you can explore, reflect, and grow. I strive for my practice revolve around intersectional anti-oppression.
