Hi, I am a medical doctor with over 14 years experience as a doctor but also a therapist in therapies that focus on the mind body connection. I work with issues with self esteem, confidence, insomnia, imposter syndrome, work and personal relationship difficulties, fears, phobias, smoking cessation, difficulties with weight, chronic pain, narcissistic abuse, trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD. My training includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) Level 3, Brainspotting Level 3 and BWRT (Brain Working Recursive Therapy).
The main principle that I work on is client empowerment as I want you to do well and be well even or better said especially when I am not there with you as you are there with yourself 24 hrs a day and know yourself best. I support you to find your own resources and remove any obstacles/negative beliefs that may stay in the way of you using these resources.
