Hi there! I’m Alina, a registered Clinical Psychologist, CBT Psychotherapist, and EMDR Practitioner. I bring a wealth of experience working across a variety of mental health settings within the NHS, helping individuals heal from trauma, whether stemming from early life experiences, military background, or abusive relationships.
