I am an experienced Relate trained integrative counsellor currently working with both couples and individuals to help them improve the quality of their relationships. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore the difficulties and challenges you are facing in your relationship right now and support you to find a way forward.

Every relationship is unique. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or confused, I will help you to understand how you got to this place and gain more clarity about your situation. Maybe you have felt disconnected from your partner and are looking for ways to develop healthier communication to increase closeness and understanding.

This means I will be led by what you bring to the sessions as well as supporting your development through more structured exercises. I am empathic and respectful and my goal is to ultimately empower you so that you feel more confident in navigating your relationship.
