Therapy can give us a place to really unmask, unburden and gain some new perspectives. I work collaboratively, so we’ll talk about what helps you and what doesn’t and what you need from therapy - this is different for everyone and is something we can figure out as we go along too.
I primarily use a person-centred approach, offering an authentic, warm, non-judgemental relationship in which you can explore what you’re struggling with. I find that neurodivergent people in particular tend to appreciate the more egalitarian nature of this approach, as do many others who have experienced the impact of social inequalities in their lives.
I have experience working with neurodiversity, disability, polyamory, and GSRD (gender, sexual and relationship diversity).
I’ve been part of the polyam/ENM community for over 20 years and I’ve always lived and worked in diverse, multicultural communities. I have a long history of involvement in campaigns for environmental and social justice.
