I am an integrative therapist dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for individuals of all ages with a foundation in person-centred counselling.
I have extensive experience in working with children aged 5 and older, and in particular with teenagers, having developed a strong understanding of the many complexities and challenges they face during this pivotal stage of life. In addition to my work with children and adolescents, I also provide therapy for adults, helping them explore their thoughts and feelings in a compassionate space.
I believe in the importance of building a trusting relationship, where clients feel heard and understood. My approach is collaborative and flexible, drawing upon techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and creative arts therapies. This allows me to meet clients where they are and guide them on their journey to healing and personal growth.
I have a strong background in supporting clients with neurodiversity, helping them to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their unique perspectives. My approach emphasises the value of self-acceptance and the development of personalised strategies to navigate life’s challenges, whether or not a formal diagnosis is present.
