I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, working with individuals and couples. Experiencing an issue with sex or sexuality can be enormously upsetting and damaging to self esteem. Often relationships suffer as a result. Perhaps you have lived with a sexual issue or question about your sexuality for a while and have decided that now is the time to understand it better and work towards a goal. You may be in a relationship where the same argument or sequence plays out, or perhaps you find forming and maintaining relationships difficult and want to understand this better.
I welcome you to share your uncensored-self and express feelings or thoughts that might feel difficult to share in other areas of your life. We may look into your past in order to unpack and organise what has led you to this point, but I am equally focused on what you experience in the present and would like from the future.
I take an active approach and will work collaboratively with you to help you reach your goals. It is equally important for you to feel safe to explore yourself in therapy and it is my privilege to create a compassionate space for you to do so. I believe that the answers to whatever you are facing are already within you; my role is to help you discover them.
