I have a special interest in supporting people through trauma and of working with people who have past, or present, experience of emotionally neglectful, abusive and dysfunctional relationships. I have also worked with clients facing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, cancer diagnosis, grief and simply feeling overwhelmed.
I believe that each person is an individual who experiences the world differently and how you are navigating personal issues will be unique to you. My aim is to create a welcoming, confidential space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you explore whatever is on your mind. Everyone deserves to be listened to.
