Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, lonely or depressed? Having relationship difficulties or just separated from your partner and need someone to talk to? Let's work together. I offer weekday daytime and Saturday appointments to individual adults and couples. I work with individuals with many issues such as bereavement, anxiety, low self esteem and feelings of rejection in relationships. I have experience in helping parents who have been rejected or estranged from adult children. I offer communication training to couples to improve the hurtful effects of negative language so they can be more respectful and kinder to each other.
I am an experienced counsellor offering a warm, safe and non-judgemental space in which you can open up and be yourself in order to explore the issues troubling you. I help you find meaning in your life and improve your relationships. It will be a journey of self discovery.
I use an integrative and collaborative approach in which we will work together to make sense of what is happening in your life. Often these include negative ways of thinking or unhelpful patterns of behaviour that originate in childhood and leave you feeling stuck.
