Sometimes outwardly we look like we are getting on with life and functioning just fine, but inside it can feel very different. Are you feeling stuck or alone, not managing in your relationships with others? Perhaps you need space to discuss confusing thoughts and emotions you can't understand and the conflicts that cause you distress.
I aim to create a trusting, safe, relational space for clients that allows for reflection on their life and goals. I hope to support you in increasing your self awareness and find openings for change. I work in the NHS in a specialist role and also independently with clients. I supervise trainees and have experience of working with complex mental health.
It may feel like there are too many obstacles preventing you getting to where you want to be. Talking about what is on your mind with someone else, within a safe, private place can help you think more clearly about what you can do to move forward or to work through some of life's difficult decisions.
