I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. My training is 'Integrative’ which means that I work with distress, trauma, and all of life's difficulties in a way which seeks to create,or recreate, a sense of wholeness and relationship. I want to work with you in partnership, seeking to understand together what’s troubling you, and where things might have got stuck. We will talk about the past, as all therapists do, but I also want to help you think about what is going on for you now. The things which have brought you to therapy.
I specialise in working in a way which is both highly relational and body oriented. I work with trauma, spirituality, bereavement, and ambiguous loss. Drawing our attention to body based communications, sometimes called somatic noticing. I integrate movement in a way which is both playful and serious.
