I have helped clients with a range of presenting difficulties such as low mood, anxiety, OCD, health anxiety, relationship struggles and many more. I work using a range of different therapeutic approaches to help you to better understand what is going on for you and develop strategies and ways of being to help direct you towards what’s important to you and where you want to be.
