With 12 years’ experience, including two on Harley Street, I draw on different therapies to help with emotional difficulties, relationships and life changes. My PhD in English Literature and doctoral research in philosophy inform how we explore the stories and beliefs shaping your life, understand familiar patterns and discover new ways to live more freely.
