I provide counselling and coaching to women and people who often find themselves outside of the mainstream - LGBTQ+ people, people who have multiple relationships, practice kink or do sex work. I also offer a space for people who sometimes struggle to connect with their emotions and find they need to think and talk their way into their feelings. No one seeking therapy is broken or in need of fixing. There are always meaningful explanations for the ways you behave or how you feel, but when those aren’t obvious to you, you might find yourself struggling, questioning yourself and wondering if something is wrong with you.
You might be finding life difficult because of past experiences of being harmed or abused by people close to you; I have significant experience in working with LGBT+ survivors of sexual and domestic abuse and violence and can support you with this.
We will figure out together what brought you to this point, help you make sense your feelings and experiences, and work out what you need to make changes in your life, if that’s what you want to do.
